I started with Frantoio Gentili, one of the Best and genuine Olive Oil 100% made in Italy , since 1820 (four generations) family production using olives coming from a specific area (Farnese, upper Lazio, near Tuscany).
Another brand that I 'm proud to import is Prince Pignatelli coming from Monteroduni, Molise, using another kind of olives, so different tasting from the previous one. The olive oils that I import are different in tasting, for different recipes, like a wine. One can be better for fish, another for meat or fresh salad
I suggest to use all of them raw , to appreciate their genuinity and fragrance.
